Control which notifications you receive from the Hijaaz Latheef platform
Hijaaz Latheef sends transactional and operational notifications only — we do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. Below you can review the types of notifications we send and which categories can be individually managed.
These notifications are required for account security, billing integrity, and contractual obligations. They cannot be disabled while your account is active.
Login notifications, password changes, MFA setup, suspicious activity warnings
Receipts issued when a rent payment or fee is successfully processed
Lease expiration notices, renewal deadlines, and amendment confirmations
Critical building safety alerts, emergency evacuation notices, utility shutdowns
One-time email confirmation during account registration
These operational notifications can be individually enabled or disabled through your account settings dashboard. Disabling them will not affect essential transactional emails.
Progress notifications when a work order changes status (submitted → in progress → completed)
Reminders about upcoming property inspections and compliance checks
Planned maintenance windows, amenity updates, non-emergency facility notices
Early reminders about upcoming lease renewal opportunities (30/60/90 day advance notice)
